On the evening of September 2nd, the 2025 "Quality Month" launch conference, themed "Enhance Quality Awareness, Jointly Build a Quality Dafang," officially commenced at Dafang. Dafang Heavy Machine General Manager Li Miaomiao, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer Chen Bubao, Deputy General Managers Teng Yun, Liu Hongwei, and Han Bingrui, along with representatives from departments, teams, and employees, gathered together to witness this important moment concerning the company's quality improvement.

At the conference, Dafang Heavy Machine General Manager Li Miaomiao delivered a speech. Li Miaomiao stated that quality is the foundation of an enterprise's survival and development. Li Miaomiao pointed out that customers currently have higher demands for product quality and service, as quality directly impacts their production efficiency and personal safety. Although Dafang has achieved certain results in quality, attention must still be paid to detailed issues existing in design, manufacturing, sourcing, and other areas.

Li Miaomiao required that management take the lead in focusing on quality, the quality department must strictly control standards, and every employee should establish the awareness that "the next process is your customer," and methodically implement and advance the improvement of product quality, work quality, and service quality.

Quality Assurance Department Manager Zhang Weidong reported the quality data for Dafang Heavy Machine from January to July 2025. Zhang Weidong comprehensively analyzed the company's current product quality status based on aspects such as the single girder production first-pass yield, trolley and end carriage production first-pass yield, grade product rate, and after-sales maintenance rate from January to July. He acknowledged the achievements, pointed out deficiencies, and required all employees to genuinely enhance the company's product quality level and strengthen customer trust and market competitiveness through a series of measures including enhancing quality awareness, paying close attention to detail management, and implementing post responsibilities.
