On the evening of September 1, Dafang Heavy Machine held its August 2026 Quality Monthly Meeting and the 2026 Quality Month Launch Ceremony. General Manager Li Miaomiao, Executive Deputy General Manager Hou Shiqian, Deputy General Managers Teng Yun and Liu Hongwei, along with heads of relevant departments and all team leaders, gathered together to review the quality performance in August, analyze after-sales feedback, tackle quality issues, and officially kick off the 2026 Quality Month activities.

At the meeting, Zhang Weidong, Director of the Quality Assurance Department, reported on the company's completion of quality targets for August. He systematically analyzed the current status of the company's product quality from aspects such as first-pass yield, product grade rate, and quality issues with outsourced components. He expressed the hope that all attendees would effectively improve the company's product quality by strengthening quality awareness, tightening detail management, and implementing post responsibilities.

Zhang Yanhu, Deputy Director of the Sales Department, reported on the after-sales performance regarding product quality in August, providing detailed explanations on customer feedback and after-sales service response.

During the discussion session, heads of various departments and team leaders took turns to speak. They engaged in exchanges on quality challenges encountered in the production process based on actual working conditions, while also reporting on the implementation of corrective actions for quality issues related to their respective departments and teams.

Deputy General Manager Liu Hongwei read out the "2026 Dafang Heavy Machine Quality Month Activity Plan." With the theme "Enhance Quality Awareness, Build Quality Dafang Together," this Quality Month will feature a series of activities including welding and coating quality competitions, special pre-assembly inspections for key project products, and a "Quality Journey" campaign, aiming to foster a company-wide atmosphere of emulation, learning, and the pursuit of excellence in quality.

Executive Deputy General Manager Hou Shiqian and Deputy General Manager Teng Yun respectively delivered speeches. They cited typical cases to thoroughly analyze the root causes of quality issues, further strengthening the quality defense line. They required all departments and teams to promote rapid and effective resolution of various quality issues with a strict, detailed, and practical work style.

Finally, General Manager Li Miaomiao delivered a concluding speech and outlined work arrangements. Li Miaomiao first affirmed the achievements made in quality work during August, while pointing out that in an increasingly competitive market environment, quality is not only the lifeline of the enterprise but also the core competitiveness that wins customer trust. Li Miaomiao required that managers of all departments and teams must lead by example and take the initiative to go to the front line to solve quality issues. The quality management department must dare to be rigorous and strict in its scrutiny. Li Miaomiao called on all attendees to redouble their efforts and solidify the Dafang brand with solid quality actions, laying a strong quality foundation for achieving the company's annual business objectives.

This meeting was both a comprehensive review of the quality work in August and the official launch of the 2026 Quality Month activities. Dafang Heavy Machine will continue to deepen total quality management across all employees and processes, steadily advancing toward higher quality and better service.
