IV. Event Content:

Centered on the core theme of "Youthful Dafang" – shaping team image (Healthy, Scientific, Pragmatic, Compassionate, Idealistic, Sincere) – use your lens to record the vitality and warmth of Dafang's people and convey the company's positive energy. Content can cover company development, team spirit, personal growth, happiness, and well-being. Original creations are encouraged, and AI-assisted production is also welcome.

V. Submission Requirements:

Content Requirements: Must comply with national laws, regulations, and the company's brand image; convey positive energy; no vulgar or infringing content.

Format Requirements: Short video, no duration limit; any format accepted (song, dance, sitcom, life vlog, creative editing, dramatic interpretation, etc.). Clear picture (resolution ≥ 1080P), clear audio, subtitles and special effects allowed.

Technical Requirements: Submit in MP4 format; filename should be labeled "Name + Work Title + Contact Information."

Creative Requirements: Use of AI tools for creative assistance is encouraged (e.g., AI composition, AI-generated visuals).

Inclusion of Designated Hashtags: Videos posted must include one of the following hashtags:

VI. Event Process:

Submission Period (March 25 – June 25)

① Participants submit their works to the designated email address of the Administrative Integration Department: 1623106335@qq.com.

② The Administrative Integration Department will register and review the works.

③ Participants post their works on their personal Video Channel or Douyin accounts (may post on multiple platforms, but engagement data from only one platform will be considered for judging).

Judging Period (June 26 – 29)

① Judging will be based on backend data as of 12:00 PM on June 25.

② The Dafang Administrative Integration Department will score the works and finalize the winners.

Results Announcement (June 30)

Official announcement of winners and distribution of prizes.

VII. Judging Criteria and Awards:

① Eligibility Threshold: Works must have ≥ 2000 views.

② Award Level Threshold: First Prize ≥ 15,000 views; Second Prize ≥ 10,000 views.

③ Ranking Rule: Final rankings are determined by sorting views from highest to lowest.

④ Data Source: Based on real-time backend data from Video Channel/Douyin at 12:00 PM on June 25.

We will award 1 First Prize winner, 2 Second Prize winners, and 5 Third Prize winners. Winners will receive a surprise gift.

VIII. Important Notes:

Special Note: Works reaching 100,000, 200,000, or 300,000 views will be eligible for additional significant awards; works exceeding 1,000,000 views will receive a super grand prize.

Content Direction: Works should fully reflect the thriving and prosperous image of Dafang Holding Group or the positive, energetic, and youthful spirit of its people.

Event Adjustments: The Administrative Integration Department reserves the right to adjust the event schedule or judging criteria and will notify participants in advance.

Copyright Notice: The copyright of submitted works belongs to the authors. The company retains the right to use them freely for internal promotion and display.

Originality Statement: Works must be original; plagiarism or unauthorized use of others' content is strictly prohibited. Any resulting copyright disputes shall be borne by the author.
